- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic

Directions
- In a pan, heat olive oil and slowly cook onions and the finely chopped garlic over low heat.
- Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds and peel.
- Crush tomatoes by hand and add to pan.
