    Delicious. I ended up over cooking and all my "jus" dried up...oops!! I quickly made another batch of "jus" and heated it over the stove. Save! Brisket was still fork tender and no one realized I messed up. The only thing I did different, aside from a separate batch of "jus", was leaving the fat. My family loves this type of soft, buttery, melt in you mouth fat. I loved how easy this was to put together as well and slow roasting the oven with the aroma permeating through the house gets everyone excited for the meal!

    I've made this at least 10 times and it gets better every time I make it. I added worchestershire sauce and fresh rosemary to the recipe for some deeper flavors.
