- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes cut in half)
- 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (finely)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or a bit more)

Sweet is a surprisingly pleasant flavor for a bean salad. Will definitely make again. Works well with black beans.
