  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 container cream cheese frosting

    1. Mix cake mix with coconut oil, 2 eggs, 2 bananas and 1 cup coconut.
    2. Spray muffin top pan with non-stick spray.
