- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 coconut milk (or tablespopons whole milk)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder (make sure it’s gf!)
- 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (Celtic)
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar (or coconut sugar, see post above for more info)
- 1 can pineapple rings (round organic, or cut a fresh pineapple into bite-size 5/8”-thick pieces)
- 10 pitted cherries
