Delicious! I put it in a Bundt can and added some crushed pineapple to the batter. Everyone asked me to make it again.

Fabulous! ive made three different versions of Pineapple Upsidedown Cake and this is, hands down, the best!

It is delicious! I will make this again because it is so easy and quick. I was looking for a recipe to use leftover pineapple juice and came across this gem. I used coconut sugar in place of cane sugar the color is different, brown.
