    wanted to try a cake from scratch. this is easy to make but the cake does not have a lot of flavor. the box mix has more flavor than this cake does

    I used a yellow cake mix but followed the rest of the instructions. I used the pineapple juice from the rings instead of water. was delicious

    it was very yummy but the cake was quite dense and it doesnt serve well leftover.
