- 1/2 cup soy sauce (or tamari, or 3/4 cup coconut aminos and omit water)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or tapioca starch)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar (tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (reserved, from a can of Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced or crushed)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits (drained, in 100% Pineapple Juice)
