This was really good AFTER I tripled the ingredients without adding more ghost peppers. I eat spicy foods but originally this was so hot it wasn’t edible. After added more of everything except peppers, it was great.

This is great! This was my first hot sauce brew, and I was nervous because it was with ghost peppers. Turned out to be a 5/10 in heat. I made a batch with one pepper, and the bottle didn’t last a week. Made a new batch with 6 peppers, and will be aging this one. Key Advice - cook outside unless you have a REALLY good ventilation in your kitchen.

This is a fantastic and tasty hot sauce using ghost peppers. Everybody loved it and I can't wait to grow ghost peppers next year I only have four bottles left in the fridge. It's a staple condiment. Make sure you get the little bottles and a little funnels to fill the bottles.
