The pineapple jerk chicken was flavorful from the spices but it didn’t have the pineapple flavor I was looking for. Next time I’ll try less garlic and add pineapple juice. Hope my boys like it.

it was real good. I had ran out of cinnamon spice, so i used a drop of my Young Living Cinnamon Bark essential oil. yum yum yum. Even my picky husband ate it. (of course I had to remove all onions, peppers and pineapple when serving him lol)
