- 1/4 red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 1 yellow onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 pineapple (large, cut into small cubes)
- 4 cloves garlic (fresh, crushed)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (large, chopped small)
- 1/2 cup carrot (julienned)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (piece, grated or finely minced. I used my microplane zester)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

I think it turned out really good, I used a little more soy sauce than called for but it was so good😋
