- 3.9 oz. Jell-O Coconut Cream Instant Pudding
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
- cream cheese
- 8 oz. pineapple
- 1/2 cup butter (or margarine, softened)
- 16 oz. powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup Cool Whip whipped topping (thawed)
- toasted coconut (for topping, if desired)
