    I made some adjustments, so it wouldn’t be fair to say I made THIS recipe, but my changes were minor, so I believe this recipe, as is, would be very good. My adjustments: 1 Tbls honey instead of 2 Tbls sugar, 2 Tbls fresh pineapple juice instead of 2% milk, a 1/4+ tsp cayenne pepper, a heavy sprinkle of celery seed, and finely chopped fresh pineapple instead of canned tidbits. Excellent!!

    Tastes good. I used a whole head of cabbage and there was plenty of sauce. I also added a shredded carrot and used fresh pineapple cut in to chunks. I did feel like it needed a little umph, so I added a Tbsp of yellow mustard, some white pepper, and salt to taste. Very yummy, and a great way to use a pineapple!!! :)
