it is very tasty. i decreased the sugar and soya sauce. I only used water to dissolve the cornstarch but doubled the rest of the ingredients. i added lots of veggies, onion, zucchini, carrots, peppers, and fresh ginger. i served it over rice. Great meal.

The recipe called for one cup of soy sauce. It’s too much. It overwhelmed all the other flavors

It was very good. I used fresh ginger instead and also added a little cornstarch to the sauce to make it thicker

I decreased the sugar, water and soy sauce, added a T or so of hoisin and 2 T of cornstarch at the end and it was yummy! I might still decrease the sugar a bit, maybe by replacing the ketchup with tomato paste and possibly add some garlic but it was still very good. Will make again

Super easy, really delicious. Did add a little cornstarch at the end just to thicken it up. Quick and easy work night dish. Served with jasmine rice and topped with green scallion tops.

I used 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar, kept everything else the same, added some garlic, and subbed sriracha for the red pepper flakes. Delish! :)

I used 3/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup water, and I added green onions when the chicken and sauce were plated. This meal turned out really good. So much so, I’m making it for family soon.

it came out great! I used crushed pineapples instead and didn't use any water so the sauce was nice and thick.
