Description
This cake recipe has been in my family for a long time. It is very simple to make. It is also different but very good. I got the recipe from my sister years ago. I made this for many years and alot of people have enjoyed it

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . Lightly oil bottom and sides of a 13x9 1/2 square baking pan. Set aside
- In a large mixing, add the 2 eggs, sugar.Blend with mixer till smooth. Add flour,baking soda, mix well till blended. Add the whole can of crushed pineapple, the juice also. Mix till blended.
- Pour cake mixture into cake pan and smooth out evenly in the pan. Put into 350 preheated oven for 35- 40 minutes. the cake batter is a white color which will turn brown as it cooks. Cool on rack till cool.
- Icing with your favorite cream frosting
