    Great recipe! I didn't have coconut extract but the flavor was wonderful! Everyone asked for the recipe! Try this one with your extra zucchini, you'll love it!

    Really good, light fluffy bread. A little crumbly but it tastes so good it doesn't matter.

    I used 1/2 applesauce 1/2 oil still moist and delicious
