- 20 oz. crushed pineapple in juice (drained- reserve 3/4 cup of the juice)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)
- maraschino cherries (with stems for garnish, optional)
