- 1/2 lb. thick cut bacon
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (your favorite)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick spray.
- Cut the bacon in half and lay it on the rack. Use a basting brush to brush hot sauce over the bacon. Sprinkle brown sugar and pepper on top of the bacon.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until desired crispiness.
