very good i added smoked sausage. i think aittle milk in potatoes next time. i added salt to potatoes

Amazing and super easy! Can tweak the potatoes however you choose, going to add bacon next time.

If I were going to make this again I would use shredded cheddar instead of Velveeta for more flavor. The potatoes could also have used a bit of milk for a creamier texture. We did like it though and would make it again with these changes

It was good, but I'm not raving about it to my friends. Next time, I'll use twice or even three times the amount of onion. That would make a very simple improvement.
