Very good! I personally added extra cilantro but it would’ve been fine the way the recipe calls

Really excellent. First time I followed exactly and it was dang good. The second time, I too replaced the bell pepper with jalapeño pepper and preferred it that way. 5 stars with jalapeño and 4 stars with bell pepper. Great base recipe that you can tweak to your personal taste.

didnt have the bell peppers but it turned out amazing anyway! I added extra lime juice and cilantro
