Easy. Skipped the coriander/cumin due to our preference but added some Calabrian chili pepper flakes for some heat. Once you get your salt/sweet ratio down…it’s so good and quick.

I used this recipe to use up some radish’s before they turned and it was easy to follow and they turned out great. I did add a tad bit of turmeric to my jar and I used the optional cumin seeds.
