- gluten-free flour
- black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill

- Soak chicken in pickle juice for at least 2 hours or overnight
