Absolutely delicious! I ended up using a 50:50 mix of ground pork and beef because it was all I had on hand, and I added peas for more vegetables. Still turned out to be one of the most delicious meals I had have made this month. My 10 year old son had 3 helpings

This is one of my absolute favorite Egyptian dishes! This recipe is quite simple with easy to follow instructions. It turned out delicious, however I did add a bit extra of the seasonings, a bit of cayenne pepper and some diced green pepper as well.
