Excellent flavour. My household really enjoyed it. If/When I make it again I think I’ll add more broth though, perhaps twice as much.

It worked really well! My family thoroughly enjoyed it and it tasted exactly like our takeaway pho. Will definitely be making again and will definitely play around by adding different veggies etc
