- 2 cloves garlic (chopped, about 2 tsp)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 scallion (chopped, substitute 1 tbsp onion)
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro
- 1/4 Scotch Bonnet pepper (chopped or 1tsp when chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin (Geera, Jeera ~)
