- 2 tsp. whole coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 6 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 soup (per bowl of)
- udon noodles (cooked, drained, and rinsed, see Notes)
- fresh cilantro (chopped)
- scallions (Fresh, chopped)
- jalapeños (Fresh, sliced)
- lime wedges
- hot sauce
