- 80 mL fish sauce (plus extra to taste, 1/3 cup)
- 25 grams yellow rock sugar (coarsely crushed, plus extra to taste, see note)
- 300 grams banh pho noodles
- 250 grams sirloin (thinly sliced across the grain)
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander (coarsely)
- 3 spring onions (thinly sliced, to serve)
