    My husband was curious how this would taste like a “Philly Cheese Steak” and he was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have beef broth on hand so I just substituted with chicken. I added a bit of creole, took out the mushrooms, and used Swiss cheese. Delicious!

    Pretty good. Not a ton of flavor. I would have added a lot of garlic. It was very thick after adding less cheese than it called for. Can’t go wrong with meat and cheese though!

    This is definitely a keeper recipe. Super easy. Make sure you let the meat brown and get crusty. It does really bring out the beef favor.

    Very tasty. Make sure to simmer a little longer than the recipe calls for so flavors mix together better and the liquid thickens more.

    great! added a garlic cream sauce. took them to another level. cream cheese whipping cream garlic powder sour cream Worcestershire ranch seasoning

    My friend told me about this recipe, and I finally got around to making it. It was delicious! If you like Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches I highly recommend giving it a go. Turned out amazingly, and will definitely be a repeat for me in the future.

    Good meal, quick and easy. honestly the only thing I'm going to change is draining the burger fully. in the directions it mentioned not draining as an option, but for my taste draining is better.

    This recipe is so tasty and easy throw together. My husband wants to remarry me for perfecting one of his favorite hot sandwiches. and he has never been to Philadelphia so Im safe until he gets on in PHILLY. SO GOOD IT IS A MARRIAGE SAVER. LOL EASY, DELISH, PERFECT 4 A HOT LUNCH CHANGE FROM SANDWICHES!

    Really good! My guy can’t digest bell peppers so I cut them in quarters -for the flavor - & pick them out before the cheese
