Fantastic sandwich recipe! I marinated the beef in a Brazilian Steakhouse marinade for about 24 hours prior and the meat cooked up to perfection. Other then that I followed the recipe exactly and my family loved these sandwiches!

It turned out great! Marinated the steak in A1 and Worcestershire sauce. Then added a little bit of Montreal steak seasoning. Definitely making it again!

Great! Used Steakumms seasoned with Worcestershire and garlic pepper which worked well. Might try with Ribeye next time

I doubled the recipe and they were a game day hit. I also added Montreal steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to the meat, 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Will make them again.
