it was a little greasy as meatloafs are, and i added a little milk to my meat and some mushrooms to my veggies. it was pretty good.

Next time I would be sure to use lean ground beef but other than that, this was delicious!

Delicious! I've never been able to make meat loaf until today, for lack of an appropriate loaf pan, but it was extremely worthwhile. It came out tender, juicy, and filling, and though I deviated from the recipe slightly by using Muenster cheese instead of provolone (what? Provolone is really expensive), it was still good. Made three days worth of leftovers.
