- 1 1/2 cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup butter (or margarine, melted)
- 4 pkg. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (8 oz. ea., softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cool whip (tub, 8 oz., do not thaw)
- bittersweet chocolate (6 0z. Baker's)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

Directions
- Heat oven to 325*. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9" spring form pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
