I loved the sweetness that the pear added to the croissant. I also used the dried cranberries. I used a 1/2 cup of mayo because I did not want the croissant to be dry. I will make this again!

Excellent! The pear adds a nice light sweetness to it, I put more dried cranberries than the recipe called for.

Good Sammy , first time I used provolone cheese, didn't care for it. Then made it with baby Swiss , much better!
Used red pears, but also good with Granny Smith apples. It also makes a good grilled sandwich , I used ciabatta bread. We like it either way, good recipe ,
