Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 300g of Petai
- 1 Shallot or red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Dried Anchovy
- Sambal Paste (optional)
- 1 Chilli (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon veg oil
- 5 tablespoons of water

Directions
- Dice garlic and shallot/onions.
- Heat pan with oil, fry anchovy,garlic and shallots/onions till fragrant.
- Throw in the petai and stir fry for 15mins and adding tablespoons of water to saute it.
- Add sambal paste and chilli if you want in and fry for another 5mins before serving it.
- Serve with rice.
