Great dish. best served with brussell sprouts fyi. cut Brussells in half, fry in butter and oil for 5 mi
The times are off so here is what they should be...sear bottom side down for 5 minutes at medium heat. Then into the oven for 20 mins at 400. If using a thermometer it should be 165 to show done.
After attaching using the toothpicks sprinkle with salt and pepper.

incredible and so easy to make. new go to meal. yum
id make this every meal if i could. skipped the pan sautee, thought it would be too messy, and put it straight in the oven. came out great
