Wonderful. Tried this recipe over the others available because of the lower sodium content. Used two tsp of salt instead of three. Cooked in the Ninja Pressure Cooker/Tendercrisp. What a wonderfully moist and crisp bird. Crisped for 12 minutes.
Just have one question since the taste was not as sharp/strong as found in restaurants. How large were the hapanero peppers. Mine were abiut 1-1/4 spherical.
