- 1 1/2 lb. persimmon (– peeled – pureed)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (I used beet sugar – or to taste)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (Fresh Squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. rose water
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
- 1 pinch salt
- rose (Powder – optional)
- 1/4 cup rose petals (– I recommend organic)
