Perfect recipe! Easy instructions and doesn’t take long to mix all the ingredients together. Popped the loaf in the oven for 70 minutes and presto! I also had enough to make a batch of 12 muffins. I mixed chocolate chips in the entire batter and they came out perfect and so delicious! My entire house smells like pumpkin bread, yum! The only feedback I have is that the recipe didn’t suggest a bake time for the muffins and they got a little browner than I wanted them too. If you’re baking muffins, you’ll only need 15 minutes. Do not keep them in the oven for any longer or they will burn.
