    I made the recipe with no scallions since I'm not typically a fan of their taste and also only used three eggs since it was just myself. I used the remaining ingredients, but just halved for the number of eggs I used. The eggs were good, but not as vibrant as I thought they would be. Perhaps since I didn't use the scallions, but I'm unsure. The taste was still good altogether. I'll also add a little more than a pinch of salt.
