Amazing! Seasoned the beef ribs and placed them in the oven at 275 for about 30 min. Then I placed them on the grill, added home-made BBQ sauce on them when done. Ribs fell off the bones, very tender and juicy. A true hit with the family.

Smoked this recipe a few back for some guests. The collective response was positive but everyone agreed a pinch less of pepper was preferred.
