Amazing and super easy.

Used 2-3 Tbsp butter and 1 oil. Seasonings: garlic minced in oil/butter, on scallops, granular garlic paprika pepper and Mediterranean seasoning (Griffon Ridge) 7/8/2020: made again. Needs more spice. Maybe Cajun or creole.
