Perfect recipe. The scallops were perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. I will definitely make them again with this recipe. Served them over basmati rice and sautéed baby spinach. Excellent! Thank you!

Used 2-3 Tbsp butter and 1 oil. Seasonings: garlic minced in oil/butter, on scallops, granular garlic paprika pepper and Mediterranean seasoning (Griffon Ridge)
7/8/2020: made again. Needs more spice. Maybe Cajun or creole.

They really were perfect!!
I’m always concerned about over cooking my scallops making them rubbery. These were sweet and tender. Definitely a YUM! I see more frequent scallops in our future.

Delicious! it took me foreeever to dry off the scallops but way worth it. Buttery soft and very tasty. Also my oil never smoked but once it started burning I figured it was go time

The most difficult part for me was searching what muscle the scallops have you have to remove. Quick, easy, and delicious!

Easy to make, Scallops were excellent . Used cast iron frying pan on side burner of my grill. Will definitely make again.
