Love this recipe! Moist and yummy. Just right. Have made both in muffin tins and a round pan- slices in wedges. Freezes well too.

Took the sugar down to 1/4 and it came our great!
I also use parchment paper lining instead of spray and it works like a charm to keep your pan clean!

It turn out great. It wasn't dry, perfectly moist. Simple and easy since by 7 year old made it! Definitely will make again!

Went SO well with the "Seriously, The Best Healthy Turkey Chili" recipe. I modified it by using brown sugar, 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour and adding in one ear of fresh corn kernels. It turned out incredibly moist.
