- 1 lemon juice (squeeze)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 5 Tbsp. mature cheddar (grated, or Parmesan)
- mozzarella cheese (cow mozzarella)
- buffalo mozzarella (added after baking)
- basil leaves
