I made this recipe into a quarter sheet cake for my son’s birthday. It is a bit too much batter for one cake, but not enough to split in half. It is so easy to make; I made two and had a layer cake. I cannot say enough about this recipe. The cake was delicious, the frosting was good without being overwhelming, and again, the method was easy. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an easy cake.
