I must have made a mistake. The mix was dry. Rolled out small. Broke easily. Powered through. Flavor was good and there was less leakage than I expected. I will do more research to see where I went wrong. First tart still yummy!

The flavor was great; not too sweet, not too savory, it was perfect for the tart, blueberry curd, filling I used.
