- 1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 cup grated carrot (finely, optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch (If you don't have corn starch you can use 2 tbsp flour)
- 1 tsp. beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (smoked paprika is my favorite to use)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional do not add if you don't want it spicy)
- 1/2 cup water

Best taco recipe I’ve tried. It didn’t get dry which sometimes happens with ground turkey, and it was very flavorful. My family enjoyed it. Easy to make too.
