Very good, but I increased all spices and included a dash of cardamom, added 2 tablespoons molasses, subbed maple sugar for brown sugar, cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup and subbed plain kefir for milk. I know that 's a lot of modifications, but it's a GREAT basic recipe that lends itself well to customizing. Topped with pumpkin seeds. Lastly, baked at 350 for exactly 22 minutes, this kept them moist and cooked perfectly. Next I will make them again and add chocolate chips.

These turned out great. The only change I made was using melted butter instead of vegetable oil (just a preference thing). I think these would be perfect with a cream cheese icing but they’re still pretty good on their own

Great flavor. Baked up well. I love that the recipe uses a whole can of pumpkin and only makes a dozen muffins. Sprinkled Demerara sugar on half before baking and added mini-chocolate chips to the other half. This will be my go-to for pumpkin muffins.
