Our 15 lb came smothered with fresh herbs. We also injected with garlic herb butter, and stuffed with 1 lb bacon and 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic. Keith overly salted the sauce, so we made a gravy instead of an aujus - pretty purple.

The roast turned out beautifully! The entire family enjoyed it, will definitely make it again next Christmas!
