Excellant recipe. The prime rib was done perfectly. When you buy a prime rib it is not cheap and you want it done right as and this recipe doesn't disappoint. I would make it again this same way!!

I’ve done this for 7-8 years now for Christmas and it’s never failed to impress. I do use Herbs De’Provence rather than the seasoning mentioned in this recipe.
