    I had 1.5lbs of potatoes and cut the recipe in half! Worked out perfectly! 2 TBSP + 2 TSP will equal 1/6 of the called for ingredients!

    Wow! This was amazing! I didn't just used a Pot on the stove and a mixer whisk. I didn't use a mixer. I left the potatoes with all the skin and chunks, but it was the best recipe I have ever tasted!
