My wife loved these and said she could have ate the whole pot. I added garlic salt and it was perfect!

These came out so good my family loved them but I did substitute the boiling water for low sodium chicken broth and I did a little extra half and half and sprinkled some garlic seasoning in it def gonna make again

It was great! I didn’t add cheese though and I also substituted the half & half with plain yogurt (I added some water till the consistency was similar to milk) and it still turned out creamy! I would definitely be making this again

The best mashed potatoes! Definitely will be using this for thanksgiving or Christmas. It’s super creamy and melts inside your mouth. I have made this about five times and comes out great every time. Make it, you won’t regret it!

Very tasty and dense/gooey mashed potatoes. I might chill with the cheese next time to keep it fluffier.

I cut recipe it in half. Left the potato skins on. Turned out perfectly. Beat for only 15 seconds...otherwise it would have been too creamy. The cream cheese adds nice flavor. Next time I’ll sauté and add minced garlic.

Wow. So yummy. I added in the rest of the butter at the end. They were a little dry before I added the rest of the butter but they are realllllllly yummy!
