    Definitely skeptical when seeing that mayo was involved. But wow, so impressed by my grilled cheese skill after this! Probably should’ve put less mayo and butter (probably my fault tho haha) still great!

    Delicious, will make again. Reduced the amount of cheese a little, it didn't fit too good. The key is slow and low heat and constant supervision. Made it in a normal pan.

    It was very good. The bread was perfectly crisp and I loved the flavor the mayo added to the sandwich. I made mine with some bacon and it was delicious. It's also a very easy recipe to follow.
